TownePlace Suites by Marriott Louisville Airport

The hotel itself was okay. They charged me twice. I paid with the booking app but when i checked in she told me my card was on file but the charge hadn’t gone through. I let her have my card again but after checking my app i pointed it out to her that I had paid via booking. She called in her manager and they said they would remove the second charge. They didn’t.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Different selections every day. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the pool was shut down during our stay.

Easy access off of the highway, close proximity to several restaurants and the airport. Clean rooms, relatively quiet and nice amenities in the room itself. Bed was very comfortable.
