TownePlace Suites by Marriott Louisville North

Our room was exceptionally clean as was the entire property. Parking was plentiful and easy access to the hotel. We had late nights at the ballpark and sleeping in was amazing. Beds were comfortable and our room was very spacious. The full size refrigerator was an awesome amenity! I cannot say enough great things about the staff the overnight desk clerk was amazing so friendly and helpful!! Was a great stay!!

wonderful experience. front desk was very pleasant and knowledgable. parking in front, very clean room. didnt have time for breakfast., excellent location for where we needed to go. o'Shea's recommended for dinner. ahhhh. food was soooo goood.

Was close to the park , disco bridge, ice shop just behind the park, also could just walk a block or 2 you find great places go eat , mornings we had breakfast at the hotel was great

We have 2 small dogs with us, the fee was $100. Our room smelled musty or mildew not sure but it wasn’t pleasant. The room also had carpet, that smell could have been coming from there. As far as cleanliness of the room I understand that it’s subjective to some. For me it wasn’t clean. There was visible dirt / dust on the moldings. Smears of dirt on the bottom of the doors most likely from someone ms pets who previously stayed there. After paying $100 for the pets I assumed the rooms would be nice and clean well kept, but this wasn’t the case. The beds were comfortable with clean linens. We had the included breakfast. They had an okay selection. Scrambled egg quiche, turkey sausage, cereals, yogurt, muffins, bagels, and you could make your own waffle. The coffee was decent. We wont recommend staying here due to the lack of cleanliness in the room, and will be staying elsewhere when on the road traveling.

Breakfast was eh... nothing special but if you want cereal and eggs that are ok... no problem. there was a leak from the 2nd floor which was draining to the 1st floor right by the elevator. I asked for a late check out at midday, but the hotel desk clerk forgot to extend my room key till noon as it automatically locks you out at 11am check out time. They shut the water in the building off at 10:15am without telling anyone and i had to shower to go to an important meeting. So i jumped into the pool to get myself as fresh as i could be. it was really a not well - kept hotel. I did go into the hot tub but the water looked murkey and there was a guy there fixing the hot tub.

Everything was fine. Just a couple of broken items in room but nothing major. Very clean and comfortable.
