Waiting 45 minutes for staff to show up to check in at 10pm. Very rude because reservation didnt show on their computer. At 730 staff enters the room and stated it didnt show I was on their system. 9am they knock again. Later that evening at 10pmthe assistant gm rudely knocks again and stated I didnt pay so had to pay again. Several times the room key didnt work. I fixed the toilet thay ran nonstop. Figured doing it would be faster than asking the front desk. No rest so I got a room elsewhere

It was a great experience, the staff was very polite, helpful and the hotel was very clean along with being affordable. I enjoyed my stay, and I will visit again!

Dirty room, only good thing to say they gave full refund

The rooms were clean staff always nice and supportive and it’s not bad for the price and I recommend fore extended stays

No breakfast served The room phone didn't work for calling staff. The TV was difficult to navigate through remote. Could not store under kitchenette sink because it was dirty and tools left there from installation.

Room was recently remodeled Boy friend forgot new bracelet on bathroom counter. Called within hours. Front desk says they will sometimes throw things away. They were unable to locate the bracelet

Nicest economy hotel I've ever stayed at! Was lucky enough to get one of the newly renovated rooms. I liked having a kitchenette with a full fridge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Location is right next to both a highway and train tracks so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. The desk didn't have a chair but it was easy to pull over the armchair or use the bed as a desk.

I called ahead days in advance and spoke with management (Whitney, Assistant General Manager) to inform them I would be arriving late. I was clearly told that late check-in would not be an issue and that staff would be available. I arrived shortly after 3:00 AM and was completely locked out of the building. I repeatedly used the after-hours phone (dialing 500 as instructed), but the line stayed busy and never connected. Expedia was also unable to reach the property. After multiple failed attempts, I had to call the police. When they arrived, it took nearly 30 minutes to locate the night staff member, who admitted he had been asleep and could not explain why the phone system was not working. As a result, my paid room was given away and the hotel was sold out. I was left in the middle of the night with my 16-year-old daughter and no place to stay, just hours before her scheduled volleyball game at the Kentucky International Convention Center. To make matters worse, the property is now refusing to refund the stay and providing inaccurate information about my arrival time. This was not a missed reservation—this was a complete failure of staff and management. Guests should not have to involve police just to access a hotel they paid for. I strongly advise others to avoid this location if you expect reliable service, especially for late arrivals.

Everything was clean and staff were very nice. Smoke detector would not stop and staff said it couldn't be fixed. TV system is terrible. Remotes are very poor. Changing channels is poor, slow, and a very loud announcement everytime you change channels.
