Okay room hard bed

We were having car troubles and this hotel was at a great spot for us to spend a few days. We enjoyed the hot tub / pool and the breakfast was fresh and a good variety. One of the front desk workers, Julie, even gave me a ride to the repair shop.....on her day off!! Now, that is a caring person and an employee that looks out after her customers!! A RARE TRAIT in today's society. Thank you Julie and Fairfield Inn.

The room was older and quite run down, the A/C unit made the room either too cold or hot, walls are thin, heard family 2 doors down yelling and arguing for a long time, carpet smelled badly, window screen was pulled away from window so I could not open it to get rid of the smell or cool off room. No place for toiletries sink counter was very small. Stayed only 4 hours and checked out. The only thing I liked was the couch

I thought it was weird we paid to park when parking wasn’t that great. Staff was excellent and helpful. Elevator smeller like burning oil so we used the stairs.

Overall a great hotel. We’d hoped for a room clean during our 4 day stay, but never got one. But the room was nice, the location perfect, and the front desk staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Was charged for parking. I intially was booked in another hotel and expedia moved me. Never said anything about 7.00 a day parking. Dirty shower and heat wouldnt work for hours. Stay across the street
