Staff very helpful and very clean

The entire property was very clean and the staff was very friendly

The most disappointing thing was that I chose it because the site said something about coffeeshop/Cafe and I thought that would make a 2 day stay easier. The coffee shop was the typical big carafes on a table that most motels have now and the Cafe was some snacks like chips and bottled drinks. The breakfast was ok.

Staff was friendly. Rooms and facilities were clean. Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast as we were very busy while we were there and wished to sleep in. The only thing I would say is that the price during graduation week was ridiculously high. I know everyone does that during graduation week up there, but I will look next time for a more affordable option even though I would love to stay there because my stay was great it’s just un affordable.

Staff was superb from the ladies at the desk to the staff cleaning the rooms. The fitness room was awesome!

Breakfast was ok - needed a bit more sweet breads, rolls. Muffins etc - and also more fruit.

Breakfast was fair. It was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Location was in a quiet location but still close to a lot. Not walkable but it was a quick drive to many restaurants, bars, and university. I enjoyed the gym. Gym was very clean and had enough equipment to get in a decent workout while on vacation. I absolutely loved the mural and everything the lobby had to offer. The lobby had such an inviting feel to it that would have liked to spend more time in there. I really liked my room too I didn't know our room was going to have a refrigerator and I would have packed differently if I had known ahead of time. But it would be nice it the refrigerator had a freezer portion too. The bed was super comfortable but the sheets and comforter weren't breathable. My husband and I went back and forth between being too hot, to too cold. I woke up drenched in sweat. Also the rooms weren't sound proof. You could easily hear everything going on outside the door as if it was propped open

Stayed a week here. Clean but construction finish of the rooms was rough. Breakfast had only a few options.

Very clean and streamlined hotel. Breakfast was well staffed and very satisfying. Worth making the step up to Hilton hotels .

My room was very dusty and there were two dead bugs (small) that somehow housekeeping missed. Also, there's no closet--only hangers. It was fine with just me but if my husband was traveling too, that would have been an issue for our clothes. I found breakfast unappealing but maybe that's just me. Overall, it's okay. I wouldn't stay there again but I'm really picky with hotels.
