They rent the rooms for hours at a time too and there is all night long traffic at the bottom rooms with the whirlpools so if you are traveling with family find a different place. I don’t agree with Expedia not mentioning this to guests

Used the hot tub one time; as it drained I saw the uncleanliness of the last user.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even lent me a charger when I realized I didn't have one of the ones I needed. The tub in the room was a wonderful way to relax after a long, hot day walking around Chicago There was no dresser or furniture to store clothes in, and the appearance was lackluster

Everything was great, clean, and quiet.

Location was good Not very clean old old carpet and patches of wallpaper missing there was no small refrigerator, no microwave. No coffee pot. No ice bucket and. Ending machines didn’t work.

Exceptional

I like that it was close to where we were going, and the whirlpool in the room was very nice I did not like that. It is kind of a sketchy area. The bed was not comfortable at all it felt like you were sleeping in a box spring they say no smoking in the rooms, but my room smelled like an ashtray. There are very little outlets to plug things in. And they don’t tell you that the hundred dollar deposit needs to be in cash on the website it does say there’s $100 deposit but it implies it’s going to be charged to your card that you made the booking list when you get two the property you need to put $100 cash deposit down so be prepared for that

we had a room on the ground floor. The parking lot was clean. The reception area was clean and our room was clean. we had a room on the ground floor that was perfect.

Passable

Definitely a hotel for adults. When checking in was told no kids or pets. The room was very basic but clean. Big comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The jacuzzi tub was big enough for 2 and got nice and hot. There is a $100 CASH deposit when checking in that we weren't expecting so dont get stuck using they're ATM. When checking out, the attendant goes and personally checks the room to be everything is in order and then gives you your cash deposit back.

Parking was easy and secure. Room was clean.

No microwave, no mini fridge, can't have guest come over, this place is the worst I've been in.
