Economy Hotel Macon

The photos on Expedia are fake and phony. This place is a trap house it looks like a homeless shelter. A trap house with plugs in the parking lot. You can check in and you can’t get a refund. They are scammers both this motel and Expedia.

Nonfunctional roomdoor, bathroom door would not close within 6 inches as the room's structure was failing. Disgusting dirt and dead bugs all over the floors concentrated in the corners of the rooms. I asked for a refund and was denied. I will call an attorney If I do not get a refund for the additional 3 days I had planned to stay. This room is not fit for humans. The structure would be concidered condemmed. I have several detailed photos to back this up. The BBB needs to get this info as well! I will also leave a review there.

Roaches everywhere when I mean everywhere, I wish it would let me upload the video when I came home now I have a mouse in my car. I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car chicken man. I’m traveling with a three year-old and an eight month old still would’ve been better sleeping in my car.

The room was nasty property run down. Staff was great very nice.

I was kicked off the property so idk but I've stayed there before and it needs an health inspector. And I want my refund cause I did not sleep at the property and these folks talking bout I couldn't check in

Amenities were nonexistent. Upon check in I was informed only 5 of their rooms had a working TV and they had all been sold out. Then I was informed that it would cost me an extra $3.00 for WIFI. I paid it but it was so slow, I couldn't even download Yahoo to check my mail. I was apparently to far away from the source. At check in I was informed I could not get a refund from the desk it would have to come from Expedia . We all know how that goes. I got into the silent room, at least I had phone service. I sat up "relaxing" while keeping my eye on my truck's load (shady neighborhood). Although, no one attempted to steal anything, it was time to go after I killed the eighth cockroach. ZI the night attendant was the only bright side to this abondimation.

Hotels.com should be ASHAMED for letting anybody book this place, and unless they can make this loss good, I will not even consider using them again. Ronnie Pugh -- Madison, Tennessee

Photos do not match venue. The place looks very dilapidated. My door was damaged heavily and you could see through the seals as the wood was badly damaged. No dead bolts on top of the door. Only the basic lock near the handle. There is no free wifi as stated in the advertisement. The bathtub and sink looked very dirty. Not worth your safety even if it is cheap. I left after 1 day out of a 3 day trip and didn't care about refunds.

Straight Up Crack Hotel. People living there full time basis. We did not, could not, and would never stay in this place. The lady gave us keys and told as to look at the rooms to see if we wanted them. We didn't make it up the stairs before I felt dirty and like I was about to robbed or worse. Horrible. We left and did not complete our stay. The photos of this hotel are a complete lie.

The rooms we Not what we were promised and both rooms the beds were covered with black mold , I have pictures, and no sheets on the beds , hole in the wall , garbage all around the hotel, cigarette smoke filled the room, the beds were supposed to be king but were not much bigger than twin, I would not recommend using this hotel, I asked the front desk if they would let their child sleep in the bed and he said No

One of the worst hotels in MACON GA!!!!! the way the pictures looks is nothing like that! It’s dirty, disgusting, and trashy!! We had no tv, no microwave, no refrigerator! The bed was dirty and the bathroom! Holes in the walls, roaches everywhere! I got my money back & LEFT!!! People was doing illegal stuff kids un supervised! We had no towels, no cover for the beds!! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! people had bed sheets as the door, there were broken windows!! This place was NOT SAFE AND NASTY!!!!
