The outside of the building was well maintained. Staff was friendly. Our room smelled dirty. The blanket smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a very long time

I chose that hotel because Hilton receptionist said they have tesla destination chargers. I paid a non-refundable overnight stay. They have CHAdeMO, which requires an adapter and pay to use, tesla destination chargers do not. I couldn't charge my vehicle.

Both staff members I interacted with were the friendliest ones I've ever interacted with at a hotel, and I loved it! They made me feel right at home and like we could've been friends. The hotel had a perfectly clean smell and look everywhere I went, and the room was also the most comfortable hotel room I've been in since two years ago. The couch was incredibly comfortable, there were ample lights and plug-ins, the bed and pillows were the perfect balance of soft and firm, and the bed linens were a heavenly smooth. I really wish I could buy that kind of bed and linens for my personal home. I would recommend this hotel any day!

No TV remote in room. Front desk told me when I checked in. She stated they would try to get a TV remote delivered to the room. But never was delivered.
