The facility charges per parking and the manager was not nice. I would not recommend going there. they charge for everything

The staff was friendly and check in process was very quick and easy. The atrium is just as beautiful as it appears in the pictures. The buffet breakfast has lots of options or you can choose from a full menu. Deborah the bartender was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and makes a well balanced drink with a good pour. We stayed in a double queen room, which was spacious enough for a family of four. There was an issue with the air conditioner, the temperature in the room wouldn't go below 73 degrees. We switched rooms and still had the same issue. The pool is not heated, and the jets were not working on the hot tub. Overall this was a good value for the price. You are away from the traffic of the theme parks. Orlando and Winter Park is about a 20-30 minute drive.

Property is in a great location with stores and restaurants all around. I love the layout of the room. You can hear everything in the next room! Clean, for the most part. They should change the carpet. Customer service was nice.

The beds are horrible! So hard it was impossible to get comfortable and was awake most of the night.

The only problem I’ve had was being charged the incorrect amount at link cafe but they fixed it when I pointed it out. Keep an eye on your actual incidentals, otherwise it’s fantastic.

The golfer has done some major upgrades making the hotels look updated ! The beds offer great comfort and the bathroom is stocked with daily shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. Some things weren’t working. The upgrades in the rooms aren’t completed BUT the staff makes in good in helping any customers out. The pillows stink!

Everything was good. Melinda the bartender was so homie, welcoming and friendly. She made the stay wonderful. They lost stars with me due to my last day and my ac stopped working. The maintenance worker came and didn’t even care to fix it and tried to act like I didn’t know what I was speaking on. I spoke with management who offered me extra points but it didn’t change the fact I got dressed and ready in a hot room and left sweaty.

The air conditioner was loud, the iron was old and kept leaking out water, the remote wouldn’t work decent unless you turned it up to at least 55. The telephone didn’t work for me to call the front desk, I had to go into another room that room service was cleaning to call front desk.
