Tava Motel Manitou Springs

room was smelling bad....furniture was cracked and basi too....water spout from shower din have force....even the towels and blankets had that awful smell....very cheap motel with high price ....do not stay here

Pool and hot tub were awesome.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

Tv was very outdated that lighting was very dark despite trying to adjust brightness and settings. Tried to watch a movie and the picture quality was terrible. Besides that no complaints… staff was great. Check in/out was quick & easy. Location was great.

This place helped me big time in a pickle. The stay was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Showers screams at you but that's not anyone's fault really it's the water pressure. In the absolute perfect spot not all the way into Manitou but at the prefect spot to walk there and back!!! Very quiet at night! Whomever now owns it is definitely fixing it and making it a great place to stay! No homeless around which is great considering the area a mile closer to the springs!! Didn't get a chance to go to breakfast or the pool room but maybe next time. I 100% will come back but this time just myself lol staff was very very polite well mannered and he helped me with so many questions! The cleaners were pretty awesome at their job too (ps I LOVE their hair 😍 please keep them both) never heard the rooms next to us either!!!!!!!!! Overall this has been one of the best stays i ever had in a motel!!!!!! Thank you Tava for helping when my neighbors pipes busted and flooded my apartment out!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location all excellent to what we were going to do there

We stayed for three nights. It was a clean, quite room. Close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay again if we travel back to Manitou Springs in the future.

Clean, big rooms. Some stuff outdated, but it was adequate for our one night stay!

It was convenient to travel to Pikes Peak. I’d stay there again, but was disappointed that their breakfast did not include any protein.

Very well maintained, clean, felt very safe. Breakfast was good and good options.

At check-in, the front desk clerk asked I use a different card than the one I paid the room with, for incidentals, one that matched my DL, as I made the reservation. I attempted to explain, as has been the case in every instance before and after, that the incidentals are charged to the same card, which is physically presented, with my DL, as previously requested in all other hotels during our trip. No attitude, just questioning why his insistance on a different card? His immediate response went from a halfway welcome to an immediate "if you are gonna give me an attitude, you can go elsewhere". His exact words. Without a blink, a bit surprised, but with a smile, I held out my hand for him to return my card and ID and said I will do exactly that! We went down the road to Day's Inn and had a wonderful, drama free, experience, for 2 nights, using the same method and card as we attempted to do so there!

This was a great place for the price and location. It is a little outside of the downtown area of Monitou Springs, but still not bad. It was clean and overall a good stay.

Nice, quiet location with plenty of parking and down the road from the downtown but also easy access to I25.

Super hot showers, a decent breakfast, and hot tubs. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Plenty of parking.

Older hotel. Had everything we needed. Convenient to lots of stuff.

We got stuck in traffic on our way to the hotel, got there at 10:20pm and check-in office was closed.

That staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are old and in need of updates. When I initially turned on the our sink, the water was brown. It cleared out after several minutes of running it. The carpet is very old and not the cleanest. The shower had good pressure but metal came out when I turned the water on. This was not our first choice for a motel but a last minute booking on a holiday weekend. Stay elsewhere if you are looking for any type of luxury. It's pretty alright if you're looking for a budget motel.

The place was perfect for the solo traveler. Room was clean, good size, and comfortable. The parking as easy, location fine, and staff accomodating. Breakfast was standard and adequate. Pool /hot tub most needed.
