The pool was not open, and no notification was sent out. That was one of the main reasons I booked this location, second the staff was not very helpful nor accessible at all times. Toilet paper was poor quality, breakfast was mediocre and also ran out very quickly. The towels were full of lint. The overall quality of the stay just was not pleasant. Will not be staying here again especially not for that price !

The staff was so nice and friendly!! The hotel is older but has been well maintained. Great stay!!

So I could hear the music from my room until 1AM. That's not the hotel's fault, but it certainly didn't help them. The room phone didn't work.

We have stayed here several times and have had a great experience every time. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good.

This hotel we thought was a nice place to stay. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy and close to where we wanted to go. Great place to eat next door with a very staff. . Breakfast at hotel was good; something for everyone. The one thing we were very disappointed in was as the staff! Between the two of us we must of spoke to at least 8 staff members our entire stay. Out of ( I’m going to say 8 ) only 3 were polite and seemed to care. We plan to come back to Atlanta area and stay here again because maybe with our kindness and their co- workers kindness we can rub off on them. It only takes a few kind words to make the world a better place.

Breakfast times in the app don’t match what the hotel has. Other than that our stay was good

Could not reach the front desk from the room phone. Only cold Cereal and small muffins for breakfast. I ask about the continental breakfast, he told me it was Wednesday nothing hot. I ask why people don't travel during the week what does Wednesday have to do with it. Wo t stay there again.

Just what I needed for my stay, staff was friendly even after hours

Old hotel with new "makeup." Room was oppressively hot and it was so packed with furniture, the furniture blocked thw AC unit air flow. 1 washcloth for 4 bath towels. Outdoor pool looks nice. Fitness center has very old equipment (ipod connectors), but it all worked. Breakfast was ok. Waffle maker was broken. No fruit or yogurt options. All bread slices and muffins were individually wrapped in plastic wrap. No soap in lobby restroom.

We had loud music that kept us up till after midnight. The people in the next room were so loud we could hear everything that said. There was an oder as soon as we stepped inside.

Staff was super nice. Not a large deposit that they hold on the room. Very family friendly however, the breakfast isn’t the best. But it would do.

Beautiful pool and outdoor seating areas. Lobby was also lovely and the breakfast area was clean and comfortable. Will defintely stay here again.

The front desk clerk said I couldn’t check in until three. My reservation said check at 11am and I had a game at 4 so I had to change in the A Walmart down the Street. When I asked her to double check she said no because I booked with Expedia. I am also pretty sure she said something derogatory about me to a co worker at check out

The buildings are old. They have replaced all the furniture, vanities, and shower but the bones show the age. Our TV didn’t work which was a disappointment. Plus, electronics were hooked together with an extension cord -possible fire hazard. Also, right next to the interstate where you can hear traffic and emergency vehicles going by at all times of the day. At best, it’s an economical stay. Beds were decent.

Clean. Elevator was questionable loud sounds and pools was not open and wasn’t told it was closed until We tried to open the door. The staff wasn’t very helpful. Gave us an attitude when we told her our key card wasn’t working. She gave me one key card for three adults in the room.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and comfy. Check in was a bit iffy. They didn't check my ID for my reservation. I had reserved a handicap room. It was almost 4pm so I expected it to be ready. The clerk checked with housekeeping and was told it just needed final inspection from the supervisor. Turns out the sink was clogged and it might be hours before it was ready. There was not another handicap room available.
