Phenomenal location, excellent price and the host was most gracious and forgiving The stairs were a bit of a challenge due to the fact that all the ladies in my group overpacked with VERY heavy luggage

Cannot recommend this stay enough. The host made you feel at home in every way. Views from the space were great. Perfect location walking distance to the sissa. Paid parking across the street was 18 euros. It is possible to get free parking - but it was more convenient to use the paid.

Perfect place to stay. Downtown is very close by. Paola is the perfect hostess. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. The view from the terrace is breathtaking . Will stay again

The host was the best we’ve had so far, she is very helpful, kind and prepared the most amazing breakfast which was also vegetarian friendly, with many options. The location was very convenient, about 10 min from the old town and the view in our apartment was breathtaking. The room was very clean and cozy.

The suitable place choice in Matera was not easy, but when I saw pictures from Paola appartment I didn't hesitate for a moment! Interior furnishing of this house real treat for lovers of authentic design the 50-60s of the last century.and historical heritage of this region. History of european design mixed here with the unusual atmosphere of the town and Paola she is a good spirit of this place. This is perfect clean appartment. The simple but elegant breakfast complemented superbly furnished apartment. A wonderful view of the Sassi, canion and roofs old city. It’s the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of Matera.

Paola’s home is very unique. Her husband is an architect and everything in this apartment is very stylish and carefully curated. Me and our friends loved staying there. The apartment is fully equipped. They even had a milk frotter and coffee machine in the kitchen, wich was really nice, because you can make your own cappuccino. There was paid car parking right across the street wich was very convenient for us. Communication with Paola was also very nice and I definitely recommend staying in Limen Matera Guesthouse.

The location was great. Every attraction was easy to be reached by foot.The room had a magnificent view from the city and a large bathtub.The common area had a beautiful touch of vibrant colours, vintage furniture and a positive vibe. The hostess was really nice and helpfull. She explained everything in detail making it easy for us and gave us a lot of suggestions regarding traditional food, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended. Loved it ?

The apartment is in a great location with handy parking nearby. The host was great, very friendly and passionate about her city. Excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the best breakfast included we had on our trip. highly recommended.

Everything is perfect. The hostess is really nice and hospitable. The B&B is close to the historical area and the view from the balcony and the breakfast are wonderful.

Breakfast was typical Italian, with lots of bread, some cheese, fruit and sliced deli meat. Some of the rooms face street with typical noise. The twin bed mattress was ok.

Everything was absolutely Amazing. The host was very very kind, the place is very nicely decorated and give you the feeling of home. Breakfast was very good. The balcony has an amazing view. The only minor issues were that the bed was not very comfortable and there is no parking empty reserved space waiting for you. For free parking you have to check around to find a space to park

We had a great stay with Paola. Only remark is we thought that our room with balcony would be facing the view of Matera, which wasn't the case - but we could still enjoy the view from the common room balcony :)
