There was a shopping center close by. My stay was completely unacceptable. The room was filthy and appeared dirty throughout my entire visit, which left me without adequate rest. My family, who stayed next to me, were bitten significantly. I had to personally clean the room and stopped at the store to buy cleaning supplies after a long drive. Located on the top floor, I could hear people walking above my room—how does that even happen? This is unacceptable. Improve your standards, hire competent cleaning staff. You get what you pay for, and this experience clearly reflects that.

There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth showing after I wiped it down. If you want more people to stay here you'd think that they would have someone running the desk that is a bit more on the friendly side. He doesn't tell you where the rooms are he just points and says over there over here. That's it. Spend $10 more and go to a better hotel that actually has an iron and a coffee pot inside your room

The male staff was not nice. They had no amenities to offer besides towels. For the price, I don’t believe this place was worth it. Lower your prices

i like the price of the rooms that i had booked, but i feel like its time for an upgrade of the whole hotel..new everything..

Room was fine. We've stayed here before. Some noisy guests in neighboring rooms but quieted down before midnight. Friendly staff, shops and restaurants nearby.

The location was good I had just gotten out of the hospital for a fractured hip so I was on crutches .. I reserved another night online and the owner told me that 100% I could not stay there I had to change it and I had to leave he did not care he told me I was faking my injury he was not nice at all do not go here he is an a******

The room was clean. The place needs updated, but it was comfortable, warm, and safe. I stayed during a snowstorm and I was grateful for it.
