Swim out pool was fantastic. Seeing the dolphins right off the beach. Preferred club check in was a joke, staff were rude. Took over an hour to check in. As a preferred member we didn’t get to reserve times for dinner so there was always a mad dash to get in anywhere. Didn’t love the cruise ships brining their guests to the hotel it made it over busy and crazy.

Hotel was nice, but it was obvious the hotel still not ready. Dinner wait times of 2+ hours, understaffed, lots of folks not trained to provide good professional service, design of the hotel was poor (no ramps for handicap or families with strollers)

We liked the rooms and sunset views - Much too little personal, they need to hire more people! The personnel they have are being overworked -Food was mostly not good - Service was slow -only one bartender at lobby bar for a full wedding party and regular guests - swim up bar had no bartender - Drinks tasted like water - Lack of accessibility for people with disabilities or strollers -pools were freezing -evening event planning took away all pool chairs making it difficult to sit

The doormen and valets were great. Where to begin...despite being a new property, our bathroom leaked and required maintenance to come a couple of times to fix the issue, my fianceé, now wife, was told she would be charged $200 US for bringing non-guests to the property to assist her for 10 minutes as she changed her dress during our wedding reception, we inquired about extending our room by one day and was told it would cost over 9,000 MXN, the supposed suite we reserved was the same size as a room at a Courtyard by Marriott standard room...I could go on and on but it's too depressing as the entire experience at Dreams put a real damper on our wedding weekend.
