Checking in was great & quick & staff was very nice. 2nd night was not so good that we had an extra guest in our room. To be on the 3td fl & the humongous roach or waterbug came from under the flooring that was lifted is not good. Please make sure no other guest experience this. But the room was decent, pretty sure i]I will visit this Tru again

At checkout time the gentleman t the desk never asked how our stay was. I've stayed at many "Hilton" hotels in the past 6 years and received better accommodations.

Everything was great. My only con was I wish there was an alternative option to the pork links for breakfast.

Great room for the evening. I didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities as i was traveling and just needed a good nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, safety and great staff.

Everything was as expected. We stayed with two dogs while traveling from FL to Michigan. All was great for a quick overnight.

Property was clean room was clean. Great customer service great location.

The room was fine. The check in process was quick and easy. I didn't sleep well because the mattress and pillows were too soft. We didnt like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. By the time we realized it, my husband and I were already in our night clothes so my husband just didnt eat his lunch leftovers.

Nice rooms 1.) Lobby completely under construction 2.) No walking distance to a restaurant 3.) Staff gave my husband bad directions and he got lost picking up a pizza
