My room had a lot of hair in the restroom and shower. It didn’t seem like it was properly cleaned. the shampoo/conditioner/body wash didn’t seem new and questionable. would’ve been nice if house slippers were available

Everything went well with our trip. Our room was so nice, the staff was very nice and helpful. It’s so many places to go that sits in the same lot as the hotel. I wish they had a pool though. Easy check in and out. Nice workout room.

The clerk at the desk told me to change clothes in the bathroom in the lobby so I wouldn't be late. They refused to comp or refund the room because I booked through Expedia. I said that was unacceptable so they offered me free snacks and I had to work really hard to talk them into giving me free breakfast. They didn’t apologize. This experience and the overall service did not meet the expectations of a 9.8 rating. So very disappointing.

Great location by the highway. The room was very clean and offered lots of space. The fridge and kitchen amenities were super helpful for a weekend of snacks to help keep costs down during a cheer competition.

we really enjoyed the hotel with lots to do at the 121. Only issue we had was to get supplies we needed every few days. We stayed a week but don't like to have our room cleaned. The first night we checked in there was only the small row of tissue in bathroom and we had to call down for another to be delivered. As a suggestion, if you know guests are staying a week have the bathroom stocked a little better. Staff was awesome and we will stay again.

Awesome hotel!! Bed was very comfortable and the mini-kitchen was great. Location was nice. Staff was very professional. Just wish they served breakfast at the hotel. There was restaurants right next to the hotel which gave discounts when you showed your hotel key. Overall excellent hotel and would stay here again.
