Nightware experience. Staff friendly but lied to my face. Booked a handicapped room and did not get till last nights stay, had to shower in different room. Expedia was no help. Breafast was ok. Pool was closed, ahower head in my last night room was broken, plugs in first room did not work, only got a shower when i treatened to remove batthroom door myself.

I was hoping the pool would be open. Also, the floors are sticky.

How close it was to my event and highway. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was dead bugs all around the walls and in the bed. I went to the front desk to tell them the shower and toilet were not functioning. The shower pipe needed tightening so it would not spray water all over the bathroom even with the curtain closed. The toilet needed to have the back off so you could pull it so the reservoir would refill so it could be flushed. The breakfast had cold uncooked potatoes on the bar.

Rm 122 smelled of dog and pee. Bed was old and springs were felt while lying down. The desk clerk did change our room to 229. Rooms need updating and new mattresses needed. To me everything needs attention. No pool use. Building on the outside not well maintained. Parking lot has holes and drains have sunk in making leaving parking lot an obstacle course. We will not stay again. Compared to the Quality Inn in Whitehouse Tennessee, Ohio is a dump.

I never did get a chance to enjoy their breakfast, but it did smell extremely delicious. This property is in the process of being renovated. They evidently have a new owner. They were putting new carpeting down when I was there. The carpet in the room had been shampooed just before I came in that day. Extremely clean carpet. The bed sheets smelled like they just came out of the washer and dryer. The faucet in the room leaked. The shower was fine, except for a ring of black of mold where you would not be able to easily get at it. The hallways were typical for a hotel hallway. The place was super quiet at night. Because it was just me, I’m not allergic to black mold, and the staff being so friendly – I will stay there again because of where it was at under the condition that I found it in for the price that I got it. I did actually enjoy being there, although I was only there when I was sleeping.

The literal worst day I've ever had at a hotel. We did not even finish our stay. We checked out and left a day early

The value is what appealed to us for the 1 night stay. Great mattress and pillows.

Nothing Everything

The breakfast was very disappointing. There was instant oatmeal available, but no micrbowave to fix it. The other offerings were very limited - no meat, bagels, English muffins, no fruit, etc.

I have requested the invoice for my stay several times, as this was a business trip, but I still have not received it.
