Clean room and welcoming staff. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy and did disrupt our sleep.
-
Not what I expected. Staff could work on being more courteous.

Great location, nice staff

Having a security guard is ok but for him to be harassing and provoking its totally unacceptable. Other than that my stay was great as all ways..

1. Breakfast was adequate: scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereals, various breads and bagels, make-your-own-waffles. Juices of various kinds, coffee, tea. Yogurt, jelly, cream cheese, hot sauce packets. Some pieces of fruit. Same thing available each of two days I stayed. 2. The free and fenced in parking so close to Beale street. 3. Refrigerator and microwave oven in room. Weekend breakfast starts an hour later than weekdays (7am vs. 6am) so breakfast gets crowded right at opening. No list of area restaurants available.

Room was nice. My car was stolen out of the parking lot which is partially gated and no security was on duty. I alerted the staff on duty and she lied about watching the cameras until her manager arrived and contacted MPD to come back out and showed them the footage. She even smiled and joked about maybe I didn’t park where I said I parked and had me to walk around the hotel before she called her manager.

The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfy. The breakfast was just what the body needed to jump start, best coffee ever! The floor by the pool is slippery!

Very clean. Spacious rooms. Within walking distance to Beale Street Nothing

I liked the convenience of the property. It was minutes from Blues Alley and the Peabody Hotel! The breakfast is horrible.

I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers. The location is within walking distance of Beale Street, the room was super clean and had 2 queen beds instead of doubles, and the location was super quiet. The parking is included in the price and you can park your own car, which is a miracle if you look at the other hotels near Beale. We never had a problem finding a close parking spot either. As for the breakfast, there was a lot of variety (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, nutella, coffee, hot water for tea, etc.). Just a note for the hotel, the fragrant smell in the lobby is overwhelming to people with perfume allergies. If our room had smelled like that, we would have had to leave. Thankfully, the smell was just in the lobby. We would highly recommend this hotel as a clean, comfortable experience in the heart of downtown Memphis!
