Room was fine not any different than other hotels ( coffee pot needs attention). but it’s the friendly and professional attitude of the entire staff, from the front desk to valets and breakfast staff that we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Location in proximity to activities and local sights is perfect. Thank you

They should tell you that it’s valet parking only before hand… but besides that the hotel was beautiful with a great view of Main Street

The property was very nice, vlise to Beal Street and great restaurants. Only thing is you must use the valet service. That i don't like. That is the only reason I will not choose this hotel again

The room was clean tidy and just the right size for our stay. The location was perfect short stroll to most entertainment areas and even when the streets were bustling with people and music the rooms were more than adequately sound proofed

Our stay was EXCELLENT with an amazing breakfast spread included in our stay. Beds were comfy, pool was perfect, parking was on point & hotel staff was very kind especially front desk and housekeeping they all deserve a bonus ABSOLUTELY WILL STAY AGAIN.

Very clean, free breakfast that was hot and good, swimming pool outside, refrigerator and microwave in room, I was able to check in earlyonce my room was ready, 10 straight walk to Beale St and valet workers was professional.
