Food from Bryon’s was beyond amazing. Our party had a variety of items, every one a winner. The steak was perfect. I stayed for my daughter and son in laws elopement wedding. I would not hesitant to recommend the Inn to stay at or to get married. They provided a stellar experience all around.

I would try other hotels before I stayed here again and I would never stay here with another guest in the same room. The pictures must be 20 years old because the property is more worn than advertised. Bathroom was very small, like leave your toiletries in the room small. Breakfast was below average.

Everything was amazing. Dinner was delicious, and they even got us in an hour before we were scheduled. Thank you to the entire staff

The staff could not have been nicer! The food was out of this world and the library/bar room with a fireplace was cozy!
-
Very kind and serviceable. Main building is historic and well maintained. Peaceful place to visit while in town. Owners were very accommodating. Great experience.

Nice meals and staff. Best dining option in the area. Would gladly stay here again.

Its a very unique experience but the staff are wonderful. We LOVED April. Very peaceful for an overnight get away

The building was victorian elegant!

What was not special was our rooom. We paid a significant upcharge for a nice room with a terrace, but it was just roof of a porch, and not grand or luxe enough to justify the upcharge. The furniture was not original to the historic hotel.

Beautiful piece of history! Thank you for preserving it!

the Inn hostess Toni (? Sp.) was. The breakfast was amazing. The Mansion itself was beautiful. It does need some work though as we discovered on our walk around the property. I didn’t realize that it didn’t have an elevator so the stairs were a little difficult to navigate. As you entered to check-in, there was a torn shade that was an eyesore. They should replace that. The parking is ample.

It’s ok if you like old things. The bed wasn’t super comfortable.

Very nice room. Home and grounds beautiful and relaxing. Best breakfast ever if you like to be pampered. The town is quaint and walkable.

Charming inn. Very friendly hosts. Room was nice. Location convenient to our needs. Only complaint is that game room is not airconditioned

The Mercersburg inn is a wonderful bed and breakfast nestled in a picturesque small town surrounded by mountains. It has beautiful architecture, both inside and out and possess a grand history. The building is well kept, clean, and furnished with fascinating antiques. There is even a large porch where you can enjoy a touch of nature and listen to singing birds. The staff is very accommodating and always present for assistance. There is a game room with various types of puzzles, a pool table and air hockey to help spend the time. A full bar is available with a fireplace to unwind after a long day. Definitely a place I will visit again.

We had bees, stinkbugs and cobwebs, in our room. The furniture was mismatched, lampshade torn, rugs dirty. Housekeeping only provided 1 set of towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper. There wasn't a plunger in case there was clog. Window AC unit outdated, not efficient (didn't cool the room) and extremely loud. Thankfully the inn keeper provided earplugs as though someone had previously complained. We had splurged on our hotel stay and were disappointed on the atmosphere. Very overpriced.

Unfortunately when we arrived there wasn’t anyone to greet us, even though we got there right at check in time. The keys were set out with a note to tell us what room and such. We booked a specific room, but did not get that room for some reason. Overall, the stay was good, but my husband and I have gone to other bed and breakfast spots and have formed a good bond with the owners… this felt more like a business.

Charming, but almost deserted perhaps because we went during the off season. Very limited staff during the day. The place looks very tempting on the website but was a disappointment in reality.
