Great property only getting better. I'm looking forward to staying once the improvements are finished. Love the pool area and can't wait to stay with a balcony or downstairs facing the new resort pool.

The lady in charge of the breakfast nook was extremely kind and polite (Daliah).

Justine at the front deck was the highlight of my stay. Emily was also very very helpful. The property was amazing.

Clean, comfortable beds and convenient location The breakfast was not very good-hot food was cold. Paid extra to get breakfast included in our reservation; but not worth the price. Next time I would go outside the hotel for breakfast.

The staff was super sweet and professional. I let them know my husband and I were road tripping on our honeymoon, and they gifted us some sweet treats and champagne with a positive note. The pool was very clean and quiet until a group of kids showed up that were untamed by their parents. Not the hotels fault. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and we got fed and left early to continue our adventures. Noisy preteens that stayed at the pool until 10 pm, then it was quiet again. The pool was outside our window, so we heard them hollering until it closed. Fault of the parents for not having them behave better and more respectfully towards other guests. Constant hollering and yelling instead of just talking normally. We did not complain. We just slept with the TV on to drown out the noise. :)

Clean, spacious comfortable room and bed. Both soft & firm pillows!

Would have been nice to know the whole hotel is getting renovated. Very loud

The photography of Nevada desert and canyon scenes was awesome. Having the restaraunt on site was helpful to not have to go out to eat. We thought the pool area would be open; there was nothing telling us that it wasn't and was under complete removation. We were in the remote Gold Butte NM for several days getting dusty and dry, so we really wanted to dip. We'll likely return another time

Great stay! Beautiful hotel, rooms, and property! Coffee in the morning was great.

The room was very nice, the only issue was the bed next to the air conditioner, when it blows it is right on the person sleeping in the bed so it is uncomfortable. It would be better to have the unit where the chair was. You sleep hot part of the night and then frozen the other half.

Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Carlos at the front desk. The hotel itself was renovated but certainly not new. A few areas are still under construction. The breakfast served in one of the conference rooms was okay, but underwhelming for a Holiday Inn.

This property is right off I-15 and easy to get to. It has been newly remodeled and is very clean. The views of the mountains on the 4th floor were great. They had fresh lemon water all day which is a plus in the hot desert. There is a small market where you can pick up small grocery items. The room had a fridge and microwave. The only negative is parking. The lot is laid out for cars and big buses so you do have to walk a bit to get into the doors that access the guest rooms.
