The room was excellent except for a light that would not turn off. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff downstairs was wonderful. Heidi was excellent.

Very clean and great location for Lincoln Mall Street. Great restaurants all close plus excellent shopping. Beach 2 blocks away. Small room but price was very affordable

The praise I can give is that the hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the roof top was nice, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Unfortunately, there were things that were not great at all. I was charged additional fees when I arrived and when I asked for a room with a nice view, I was given a view of the very unattractive alley. I booked the room six weeks in advance of my arrival - why couldn't I receive a room with a better view? Why have a balcony if it can't be enjoyed? It was as though I was being punished for booking my room with Hotels.com :( Additionally, the design of the room didn't make any sense. The closet was the size of a kitchen cabinet. It couldn't accommodate long summer dresses. The vanity in the bathroom was minuscule, but a longer vanity could have easily been installed. The folding rack for a suitcase was tiny. It could not hold a full-size piece of luggage. Television cable was not provided, only the limited use of personal steaming services. Lastly, when I did have the television on and I tried to use the coffee maker, it blew a fuse. The room must have been designed by a man. I really was expecting better from a Wyndham brand hotel.

Nice hotel recently built in 2025. The staff was very helpful and if theirs rooms available you'll be able to check in early at 1p for $30. They also provide beach towels and two beach lounge chairs with umbrella at the 17th St life guard tower which is a 5 minute walk. Valet is available for around $45/day or street parking across the street but that costs more per day. Rooftop pool also available. I would recommend this hotel, it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The coffee and breakfast shop was fantastic! My son enjoyed the pool as well!

The check-in process was easy and the lobby was very clean. My room was super clean, yet small. The room had a balcony and that helped with the small room size. The TV's include Netflix and Youtube. I didn't eat breakfast, but they provide breakfast for a fee. The latte was great and pastries were tasty as well!

It was somewhat clean however on the sheet and towel there was a stain. Room small and house keeping comes randomly . It wasn’t too bad tho and close to Collins ave and the beach so I appreciate that

I really enjoyed my stay at Dolce by Wyndham Miami Beach. The staff was amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was great as well. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and hospitality. My only complaint was that there was no designated smoking area on the property, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, I honestly had no issues during my stay. Everything else exceeded my expectations.

The property was very clean and was excellent managed!! Only thing I didn’t like was the 5th floor we was on smelled like marijuana the whole time and when you don’t smoke it’s a really big problem!! But our stay was excellent except for weed smell!!

The staff were very friendly, the pool was awesome and it was a super short walking distance to good food and the beach. I included the continental breakfast with our room, and I would say it was worth it. It was fresh and they had a good variety of breakfast pastries to go along with fresh fruits. We had a double queen room with balcony, and have 0 complaints about noise. The room upon arrival was tidy but the floors were dirty, and there was lipstick (?) smeared on the floor. The room was TINNNYYYY. I knew the rooms were small but WOW. We had myself, my husband, our 4 year old and our 70lb dog and it was incredibly tight. We were unable to set up his dog crate in the room it was so small. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay in a really great area.
