AC unit very loud and not very efficient, renovations are going on on the building, room was clean but bad setup.. no space to use the desk, very little.space to walk around the bed not hitting the TV which is online only, no cable. I hurt my ankle in one of my trips to the desk. Very small room. Thebroom was king bed with "kitchinete" which means it has a small fridge, microwave and cofeemaker, which was nice. However, at the end of my 2 night stay the checkout instructions were to cleanup my room and put the trash out. I was confuzed because no 2-3 star motel or hotel asked me.to do that ever... They are not hotel per customer service... whatever.. taht was the worst of my trip to cleanup my room and take out trash. I dod kot have a lot but the fact itself got.me upset... avoid it ...

good location,nice clean room.2blocks from the beach,100 meters from lincolnroad mall.accros the hotel soundscape park. did not like the fact that i had to mail to many times the guest check in list,althouh i did fill in eveything and mailed,but next day got a mail again to fill in the geust checkin list. it would be nice to get the entrace code and room code earlier,just to have some assuracne that when i get there at the hotel i already have the code.

Parking is extra charge. We are required to take out trash and wash dishes. I mean I never experienced this in a hotel. What is the point of being in a hotel.

No one at desk after 6pm. Hot water broke so a cold shower. No complimentary hand cream. Air conditioner too loud to let run. It's an in wall single unit. On checkout they want you to take out your garbage. They clean the room after 3 days. I was there Friday to Monday and my room wasn't cleaned.

The hotel’s location was fantastic. It was very close to the beach, as well as a variety of restaurants and shops, making it easy and convenient to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The beds in the room were also very comfortable. The biggest issue was the lack of parking facilities. There were no parking spaces available for guests, not even a temporary area for unloading luggage. In fact, another guest's car was towed after being left by the roadside for only 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I was informed that it was supposedly siesta time, although this had never been mentioned anywhere beforehand. The receptionist was not particularly welcoming. To make matters worse, the room access code provided was incorrect, which meant waiting again for a new one. The rooms are in need of a major renovation. The entrance door felt insecure and could probably be forced open with little effort. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, the air conditioning was ineffective, and the windows offered poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear all the noise from the street outside. I was also disappointed to discover, after speaking with other guests, that some of them had been given a parking card that allowed them to park without additional charges. This option was never mentioned or offered to me.

Location was spot on! I never got a test to tell me where to park so I had to pay extra for the parking

It was a good location next to the convention center I was not able to use any hotel appliance like microwave or coffee maker due to power shortage And parking

The location was perfect! The hotel was a little out dated but I just needed to sleep and the bed was comfortable

The location was perfect. The room was not very big but had everything needed. Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable. A bit noisy from the street.

They said we would maybe be able to check in early but when we got there they didn’t seem like they wanted to help Us at all we waited 5 hours! Also no one picks up trash or cleans rooms?

The biggest issue, though, was finding roaches in the room. That’s completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the staff’s response — there was no real apology or sense of urgency about the situation. Instead of handling it professionally, they seemed dismissive. To make matters even more frustrating, after an employee told us we would be moved to another room, management argued with me when I asked for a refund for the night. The lack of communication and accountability was disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness or customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.

What really shocked me, though, were the windows - they looked like they had never been cleaned. In Florida, you want to enjoy the view of green trees and blue skies, but that’s impossible when all you see is a very dusty windows 😑
