This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to be incredibly convenient. It’s located right across the street from the Loews, and I honestly think I made it to the conference center faster than the guests staying at the Loews itself! The access to the Loews beach is also a fantastic perk. Above all, I want to highlight the friendly and helpful staff, everyone from housekeeping to front desk (Abdullah) was wonderful. - AC in room was little noisy.

I know booking third party is not liked by the front desk,But my benefits with hotels.com are better. Unfortunately this hotel didn't honor some of the benefits that came with the room. My main issue was early check in and getting checked into my room in a timely manner. I don't speak for the majority of people but I'll never book here again.

You needed a key card to access the hotel after a certain hour. Staff was very polite and helpful. It smelled amazing everyday you walk through the lobby and hallways. Great location to everything you need. There was a microwave in the room. But they brought it once you requested it. Mini fridge didn't stay cold enough. The toilet is separate from the shower and it is see-through. Not a lot of privacy if you're going with someone.

Charging 350 a day for parking is crazy. Charging $40 a mins before 4pm when the rooms were ready is crazy as well. Travel all day and be tired and want to charge to check-in a few mins.

I always stay here every year I come

The location itself was nice, not far from the beach, nice restaurant downstairs. Room was comfortable and the pool was ok, I just feel like it should be bigger. The staff was not friendly, particularly the front desk and concierge. The friendliest workers were the ladies cleaning the rooms and that's strange, you'd think they were the most mean. The staff at the front desk just stared at me and my partner as we came and left, made us feel like they didn't want us there. Not sure if it was because we were black men and they felt uncomfortable but it definitely made us feel unwanted. I probably make more than most of them, so if they felt threatened then they need a cultural training as we all are part of the black and brown community most importantly the minority. I came to celebrate my birthday, it was my 1st time in Miami, hotel workers should all be friendly and inviting and unfortunately I didn't get that feeling here.
