I book here every year 2024,2025,2026

Location Very dirty, they did not clean in 4 days even when we asked for it

Snoke going off constantly. Water pressure was terrible

• Broken windows • Lack of air conditioning • Doors without functioning locks • No hot water • Non-functioning in-room phones

It's the perfect pot u on budget traveling and in the heart of everything

Location Was told by a staff member “no music” at around 9pm at night. We weren’t bothering any of the other guests and the volume on our speaker was not loud at all. We just left and cut our trip short.

It’s just near by everything that’s all. Hotel is not clean . Old . Not worth what you paying . It’s not clean. Beds are not comfortable.

bed bugs, cockroaches, and mold. Very poor customer services as well. Do not stay here. the place is very dirty

The property is a good location. Room wasn’t very clean, hairs were found on the pillow and the towels, and elevator was not working so my grandma had to walk up till the 3rd floor.

Location Dirty, ran-down no coffee, no water, no nothing!!! Not even a Miami picture on the wall!!!!The elevator was intentionally “broken “ or if it was really broken than it was conveniently “out of service”, which , I suspect was for a very long while. They tried to charge me $50 for a parking- bad business, room duty floor, in disrepair, no screens. Nothing welcoming !!!! Bad hotel, avoid if you could!!!

One block away from the beach and was around a lot of restaurants. You can hear everything and everyone.

Parking the sign say $50 but when we checked out they charged $75 did not make scense to me the receptionist was riff me of did not satisfy at all we are not recommended for every body

There was no breakfast and location was good Outdated dirty, and no hot water

It was colder in the room than it was outside. It took a day after my arrival to get a TV in my room after they told me they'd deliver it 20 minutes after I arrived but it never came.

Old and outdated. Television did not work. Charger for phone won’t stay in outlet. Bathtub would fill with water I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t take poo! Okay location walking distance to beach and restaurants

Location Homeless people outside and some stay at the hotel. A fight broke out in a room next to mine. Awful!

Dirty hotel attendant and the rude cleaning girl I went to complain several times that Wednesday was with the dirty ones and the bathroom full of hair and they didn't solve it, we checked out before the day because we didn't want to stay in that place anymore
