Great budget stay close to the beach and public transportation.

This is a really great place to stay in Miami Beach. It’s smaller and not in all the craziness either, and best part is the rooms are like apartments and have kitchens and washer dryers!

Leak in room creating a problem with water all over.

I left a pair of expensive headphones at the property. They have been very unresponsive. I finally reached a manager via email, and they located the headphones but have been incredibly unresponsive about retrieving them. This level of customer service is unacceptable when I spent a significant amount of money on my stay. A simple email response or phone call to coordinate the retrieval of my headphones is a small ask.

We did not rent a car and found this hotel location close to public transportation, the beach, bike rentals, and the hop on hop off bus. Will stay longer next time.

We only got an awful reply from front desk being rude .

Joseph!! Amazing, welcoming & so helpful!! We flew into Miami from Canada for just one night as we were going on a cruise!! He was so accommodating and the room & property was excellent!! Would highly recommended and will definitely be back!!

Clean, good location, easy walk to the boardwalk and beach, complementary beach chair vouchers, units with full kitchen available.

Great place to stay for a short time

Lo único que puedo criticar es que éramos 3 y había una cama doble, más un sillón amplio, doble y cómodo , pero que ni siquiera una mitad estaba preparada como cama y tampoco había sábanas para el mismo. El resto todo perfecto incluyendo la cercanía a la playa.

This hotel has a nice location just walking distance to the beach, room is huge and lots of restaurants nearby. The only thing I didn't like is it doesn't have a parking space, we had to drive 25 mins (including very bad traffic) to go to the garage parking which is located 2 blocks away from the hotel. But overall our stay was pleasant.

They did allow us to check in early which was nice but our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working. Nobody helped with the luggages. We had two elderly people and 4 big luggages. Hotel location is nice.

Our stay wasn’t pleasing at all. The elevator wasn’t working and had to carry suitcases up the stairs which was so frustrating. When leaving we asked for help but they were acting like we were begging them to. I will never go back there!

The elevator was broken-it happens. We wete on the 4th floor. The non smoking room had a very very strong odor for smoking- apparently non smoking policy not being enforced.Id rate our stay- 2-3/5.

Terrble stay. Elevator broken for 3 days. Had to lug my bag 5 flights and walk up and down each time. Di not feel safe. Not offereed any concession. Staff unhelpful. Place is functional and sterile. Expensive for what it is. No beach access.

The room was clean, staff was nice, the elevator was broken. Staff offered to refund immediately which seem more inconvenient in person considering we had no other plans or transportation. The staff offered to carry bags to our room which was nice. We had to carry bags down 2 flights of stairs when leaving. My spouse has a bad hip and I have a bad back. Outside of this inconvenience the hotel was nice. Did not offer any breakfast which would have nice. During checkout would have been nice to get a discount considering this major inconvenience.

The beach is very accessible, less than a minute walk to the beach. Like many travelers pointed out this sits near a busy road and you will hear honking during busy evenings and sometimes night. It has inroom laundry which was very convenient.

The check-in counter of this hotel was just a table with a computer on the side. I thought it was a table for security. The room was simple but it has a full kitchen and laundry.

Nice, modern, clean apartment. I really enjoyed my stay there.
