Overall the room was clean but it could have used a bit more cleaning of the telephone, shower, and dresser/side tables.

I loved the hotel. But I thought the ride to the port was going to be free. Plus I wished it would have been a free breakfast that morning but overall it was a nice place to stay. It was around a lot of shops in walking distance

Hotel was nice for our overnight stay, but the pool closes at 7pm! It’s Miami, people want to swim!

For the 4 days we stayed in the hotel not a single day we experience a cleaning done in our room. Their excuse was we need to request IT and also request for a clean towel, a toilet paper but my opinion they should reflenish basic needs every second day.thats common sense. In other hotel we usually stayed they usually straighten our room unless we say we don’t need a service or put the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. Chambermaids are not accommodating except at the lobby they are nice and helpful.

My daughter and I both woke up with several bug bites after 1 night. The facility could use a deep cleaning. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many cafes and Bayfront park. The staff was nice and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We did not try the Bistro.

Well located. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and there's a Whole Foods across the street, which I found convenient. The stuff wasn't very friendly and seemed confused (the front desk) but other than that I had a pleasant stay.

Everything was great except the mold in the shower. Didn’t eat the breakfast or use any amenities as we were there for less than one day.
