Extended Stay America Suites Miami Airport Doral

Our room was very neat and clean, it’s set up kind of like an apartment so there’s a fridge and stove which is nice for those staying longer. The breakfast was your usual continental style breakfast but it was also nice

AC was not working in unit. Had to change rooms. Not a real breakfast. Just muffins and coffee.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot big and easy to park.

Upon arrival the receptionist was on the phone don't know if it was personal but was waiting for her approximately 12 minutes before she acknowledged me and said hello,that was the beginning. Too many things to mention not enough space.The pool was broken since the COVID-19 epidemic still not fix.(No excuse).That wasn't listed on the website. No Pillows, No coffee pot,etc. Won't recommend this place to anyone. Won't stay there again, even for "Free"...

The area was extremely sketchy as well. Random people would just hang out around the parking lot, especially at night. It felt even more unsafe due to the door not closing fully and the door handle not working (we would sometimes have to insert the card more than 15 times to be able to open the door). I couldn't leave my room one afternoon due to a group of people smoking joints right outside the door (and I mean immediately in front of it). I was woken up at 3:30am a few nights because there were groups of men yelling, drinking, and being rowdy in front of my door for at least an hour. The only good thing about the stay is that it came with a mini fridge and microwave, and we were able to request a bowl from the lobby. If you stay here, I hope you like flies.

No actually breakfast as advertised, room was dirty, I don't think floors have ever been mopped. Blood stain on the sheets.

1 pillow, not close to anything. No pool in May. Not close to Cruise line. Breakfast.. well don't bother. And forget about vending machines or a store close.

No hot water, the 1st floor windows wouldn't lock , People walking all night long , music playing around premises. Wasn't able to make right of the situation decline another room , and someone that didnt work had place a stick in the window for our safety as women. It was the worst experience I ever had, I will not go back.

Small flies and couple of roaches in room I was staying in. Bought flypaper ribbon to deal with flies and killed the roaches. Otherwise, decent size room with bed, dresser, TV, desk, small kitchen.

Rooms are clean and comfortable Convenient to everything Nice area, beautiful park right next door.

However, the condition of the property did not meet basic expectations. The rooms were in very poor condition, with cleanliness issues that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, while the customer service and location was good, the lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness is a serious problem. Because of this, I would not stay at this l hotel.

It needs updating. The breakfast was just grab and go snacks.

We needed to ask for everything cause the kitchen didn’t have everything handy
