It’s a great place to stay, the mattresses are not that comfortable , and have some defects! I reported it the last 3 times I stayed but it was never fixed . I stay there because it’s close to my siblings apartments and the area is the best

Location No hot water, out off my 3 ahowers inly 1 was with hot water and that was because i ask. It seems that they dont keep hot running water to this room and i comfirm that with other people at ck out, they said the same thing that they had no hot water for 3 days and that their stay cust them almost 3k. This is crazy also i told the receptionist person wich she was a clold person and all she said was I WILL LET THE MANAGER KNOW that was her answerd to my complain.

One of my favorite hotels - extremely clean, the staff is super accommodating (late check-out, etc.), and the location is perfect, situated near plenty of restaurants and retail. 10/10 recommend.
