Everything was good. We had a nice stay

Shuttle to airport on time but pretty busy.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby, bar/dining area, to our room was immaculate which is a definite plus. We were able to late check out at noon without penalty. I highly recommend Sonesta Airport if you're heading to the Port of Miami or just need to be close to the airport. There is a shuttle that takes you directly to the port for $35 pp or there's always Uber/Lyft if you prefer to go after the second shuttle departure of 11 AM - the first shuttle leaves at 9 AM.

Room was awesome. Hotel was well maintained and staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location for cruises & airport!!

Liked the outside seating area, and the convenience of the lobby restaurant. No working swimming pool, TV kept buffering for signal for channel to enjoy, fire alarms going off, No room microwave, no room service for dinning in the room even though they had a restaurant downstairs in the lobby,

My room at check-in was not clean. Location of the hotel is central to different neighborhoods. I would not stay here again though.

Old hotel that’s has a lick of paint. Staff very miserable (suppose it was late) room had black hairs in the sink. No food options (had to go to airport and have a subway)
