Clean and close to airport and Mac Donalds

The room was perfect, big, spacious, and clean. Shuttle service was super convenient. Check in process was super easy because I used the kiosk available for speedy check in, specially at the time of my check in the lobby was full with a few pp checking in. Loved the stay

El personal encargado en el hotel debería estar mas atento con la orientación del desayuno debería por lo menos avisar donde obtener aunque el huésped lo rechase luego pero deberian avisar parese que no tienen costumbre de hacer esto o quizás solo lo que brindan es cafe y olvidan que personas y niños que esperan algo mas en ese incluido o mejor especificar realmente lo que significa ese desayuno incluido uno espera ver 🍞 huevos refresco leche eso sería un desayuno o quizás me equivoque respecto a este tema

Terrible Hotel the person to check the sand was helpful and kind but the plugs and everything else in the room or horrific terrible neighborhood. Lucky I gave it two stars instead of one.

Good hotel for miami airport travel

Ramada is perfectly located especially for a short lay over. The shuttle service from and to the airport was good. The hotel is well maintained, the room was huge and comfortable. The sportsbar was also very good. Will recommend it for sure!

Great customer service

Room was spacious and clean other than a spot of mold behind bathroom door. I alerted staff and they were on top of it. Like many Miami hotels there was a feeling of moisture in the room on a hot day but the AC was strong and linens clean. Restaurant was ok. Only 1 of 3 orders was not great. Not much to see in walking distance but McDonalds next door and IHOP just down the street. Everything else else worked as described. Shuttle drivers were awesome!

Free airport shuttle, good location, and shuttle to the cruise port. There's a smell in the room and water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom
