I loved the location, very nice area! The room was nice, clean and spacious. The lady that checked me in was super pleasant and has family from my town in Tennessee. Someone’s children were running up and down the hall. I loved everything about the property.

Booked the wrong date. Realized it immediately and contacted the hotel. They would not change the date and broomed me off to Expedia who also was no help at all. I booked my trip for the correct date with a different hotel and will not use Expedia again.

I liked the location and the surroundings. It was very close to my office, which made my business trip convenient. I was bitten by bedbugs on my first day of stay, and it was quite evident. I spoke to the receptionist, who took pictures and moved me to another room. After a month, I complained about the issue to the property management. I had thought the marks would disappear, but they are still visible. The treatment would be costly, so I am seeking compensation for at least the first week of my stay. This incident occurred on my very first day, which was disturbing and affected my focus on work. Consequently, I did not attend the office the next day. However, the staff is not responsible and has continued to keep me waiting even after I had sent them an email almost three weeks ago.

The staff was phenomenal. They were very personable and very helpful! Soo nice to have FRESH, HOT coffee even at 1030 at night from the lobby. We loved our room since it had a bath tub and I have a small kiddo. The set up was perfect for our family. Thank you! We will definitely be back next year.
