Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Airport South

The hotel was clean but the beds were not that comfortable.We asked for two more blankets and we were given sheets not blankets.

I booked the stay seeing breakfast was included, until the morning we were noticed that breakfast was not included. I don't know which side was wrong, but disappointed about this part, the day was raining so heavily and the whole family has to rush to find a place to eat because kids so starve

Parking was very easy and plentiful. Breakfast was served but was not complementary. Other places for breakfast were easily available. Room was well appointed, modern and very quiet. Would stay here again

I booked this hotel for the hot tub and the pool and hot tub area was not open. I went back to the website and there were pics of the pool and I dig around a little and found that they stated the pool area was closed for renovation. This should have been better listed because I would have booked a different hotel.

The 2nd morning we had no hot water for showers. Staff stated that the boiler had been worked on and is now working. Breakfast is not included. Nor is coffee available unless you pay for it or make it in your room. The 2nd morning free coffee was available because the person(s) working the bistro did not show up. Therefore no Breakfast was even available for purchase.

I wasn't a great value, but it was convenient.

I wish there was complimentary breakfast.

I loved the lighting fixtures in the room, but I think that there was not good lighting over the bathroom sink, The person who installed the wallpaper did not do a good job at the seams. They needed to be wiped more to clean the paste. The tree in front of the hotel has branches that are too low over the sidewalk. The swimming pool was not open for use. I am not sure about this, but I thought that, when I made my reservation, it stated that there was a free breakfast.

Hotel was clean and rooms as well. I wish they would have offered free coffee in the lobby. They had Starbucks so was very pricey

The property is dated and needs to do a better job on cleanliness. There were food crumbs in the hallway and just overlooked areas

We arrived with a power outage. The staff did the best they could. When the power did finally come on the next day, it wasn’t the cleanest. In addition, they are having payment issues with Expedia. Overall, the staff was kind.

Blood on the sheets, room was cold, heater didnt work, kids were cold all night, pool was under construction with no notice before buying the room, remotes for the tv didnt work, over charged 30$ for something that isnt on the receipt.
