No microwave in the rooms

Breakfast was not very enticing. It left much to be desired. Most things didn’t work and the choice of options was very poor. Room service was non existent.

Nice new facility - but very basic. First experience with the brand so had no expectations other than price comparison with other hotels in the Cleveland Airport South area.. Didn't try breakfast but the selection was limited.

Friendly and helpful staff. They greet you when you come in and respect your personal space. If you need anything, they get it to you promptly. When there was an issue that had solutions right away. The rooms were cleaned very well except for some stuff left over from the previous guest. Breakfast was filling with a good selection. There was an issue with A/C unit which was fixed right away while we were gone. The bathroom fans are louder than normal and are activated by a motion switch. I would prefer to turn it on manually. Great clean workout room. Coffee 24/7 and made well. Just remember, it's not Seattle coffee. ; ) 😉.

The bed and mattress were great. I was able to get a toothbrush. The temperature control. The showered was excellent. It would have been nice to have towel replacement service even if not maid service. It is hard to deal.dirextly with TRU hotels. I ended up dealing with a third party and then the receipt doesnt reflect the room.charge.

The staff were really nice. It was clean and modern. I didn’t like that they didn’t have a duvet cover.

Exceptional

The hotel was newer. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Small rooms but still fine. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but was ok. Eggs, sausage were cold. The pancake machine was on the fritz. Not a lot of choices, but again it was sufficient. We ended up going out to eat breakfast on our last day. Numerous restaurants around the area along with Starbucks and Dunkin.

I really enjoyed my stay...

I booked the hotel on hotels.com as it allowed 2 dogs and stated that the pet fee was “$75 per accommodation” The total bill seemed exceptionally high and when I inquired I was told they charged $75 PER DOG. I then showed them the dog fee policy as stated on the hotels.com website and the desk person laughed and said “ oh hotels.com gets stuff wrong all the time.” Will be contacting Hilton directly to complain but dog owners beware!!!
