The property is dirty and not safety

Arrived 0230 but the front desk didn’t check me in , saying check in time at 0300 , however checked in and I was on my toes from the dirty the room was , of course didn’t sleep just took shower and hanged out before coming late night for another shower and left ,, the hotel so dirty the rooms everything disgusting.

It's DANGEROUS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel was a crime scene. Homeless roaming around. I know the maid was sizing us up as we made our way up the filthy stairs and over the rotting hoses in the walkway. The room itself was disgusting. All the lamps we broken with mismatched shades just set on top, making them fall off if you tried to turn the light on - BUT there was no bulbs! When we finally found a light that worked - we were able to see the BLOOD smears and the all graffiti. We left immediately, but had to act cool... because there was a literally outside crowd watching our room. Like they were scouting their next hit. I called Hotels.com and told them the need to remove this hotel from there site right away!!! It's DANGEROUS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Parking don't look to secure and they need to clean more on the site of the hotel property because looks like homeless sleep there.

This place is run down, with a strong smell of bleach. Fire alarm was removed, walls showed some type of running liquid That is now dried, signs of mold everywhere, metal lamps and metal components in room showed rust. Did checked in around 5:30 PM and checked out same day around 8:00 PM. Overall condition of hotel is very poor maintenance. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

Staff is good. But no coffee things, sketchy internet and damaged iron board. Al else was fantastic

Nothing! Place is garbage dirty bed bathroom smell like smoke horrible place and they will not let me cancel when i booked within minutes and cancel right away

No room service for the entire 5 nights. Bathtub wouldn’t drain properly. Roaches in room. Tv remote didn’t work properly. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in and it should be removed from your listing

Location Booked the location because we had events close by and really only needed a place to sleep as we'd be gone most the day. It was affordable and the pictures make it appear very nice but that was not the case. The bathroom was falling apart, peeling floors, the smoke alarm was completely detached and missing from the wall, the floors and walls were dirty, people were stomping up and down the stairs and talking all hours of the night and you can hear all of it, the tv remote did not work and the tv kept turning off every 5 mins so we gave up trying. If you drive you have to be extremely cautious and plan ahead because chances are you will not be able to park here as the lot is constantly full. I wouldnt stay here again

TV, remote control, and WIFi do not work. Have not been working since 2025! Everything else is fine.

Phone was hidden in the drawer next to the smoke detector

It was cheap and it was close by where I got off work. My shower head didn’t work, was ready to shower and the water was getting all over the place but the shower. Tv and lights didn’t work. I feel I was over charged for this room.

They need to remodel the place or replace the windows treatment. They are very dirty.
