Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis

Booked for a 4 person room and ended up in a room with one king sized bed, no roll away beds and the staff was pretty much useless.

I liked the custom drink upon arrival. They had a complimentary 24k champagne drink for the Bruno Mars concert. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both reasonably priced and delicious!

Sprinkler was rusted, door hinges were rusted, lightings flickered, outlets sparked when plugging in a phone charger, the front door didn't open when you press the wheelchair button, and the disability transfer elevator right next to the stairs is horrible. There's not enough space to fit a wheel chair. I had to pick up the back just to get her to find inside. She also hurt her hand on the door because it's such a tight fit

A classic older building so it was very quiet. Large bed and bathroom; and the place is conveniently to may downtown activities.

Conveniently located in central downtown. Easy walk to all of the stadiums. The lobby is not particularly warm and we had trouble getting our rooms on time, but the hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms we had were great.

Staff was very friendly

The Hyatt Centric was located in the heart of downtown and was especially close to The Armory and some great restaurants. The room was spotless, the bathroom had both a shower and tub and they sparkled. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was always available and super helpful. The bartender was friendly and made a great martini. We did not use parking, the gym, or take advantage of the breakfast option.

The hotel was very quiet, which was great. The bar was ridiculously quiet, which was strange. No ambiance at all. I think the bar doubles as the restaurant, I never saw a restaurant. No one ever there. The bartender was friendly and provided great service. I ordered room service one night and it was the bartender that delivered it. I think he's kind of a one man show. It was fine but if you're looking for a lively , happy hour or music or anything going on at your hotel, look elsewhere. The food was ok. Maybe the bartender cooked too? Lol. It was very clean and comfortable. Great location.

Front desk and bar staff were pleasant, listened, and were responsive. Room was IMMACULATE. Nice selection of non-coffee options in room. Strange lack of plugs at both desk and bedside.

Beautiful boutique hotel in in Minneapolis. Clean. Helpful staff. Delicious food at the restaurant onsite. I parked at the Capella Tower. Make sure to have the hotel staff validate the parking ticket. This will reduce the cost to $20 per day. Because of it's location in the financial district, the streets will be busy until dinner time. Be aware of frequent ambulance sirens given the proximity to major hospitals. Walking distance to major attractions. On-site gym was nice.

Parking is not on site, it is across the street.

The property itself, lobby area, and rooms are very nice, with plenty of space. The rooms are well laid out and I particularly liked the species bathroom including a nice deep tub. My only concerns were: 1. My room was extremely dark and got almost no natural light despite being on the top floor. 2. Housekeeping was not as thorough as I would like. 3. My room was pretty noisy despite being on a high floor at the end of the hallway.

Please note none of the rooms have microwaves . Highly recommend this hotel.
