Holiday Inn Mishawaka by IHG

Our stay was very nice. However the second night a VERY loud noise from the guest laundry was heard at 3 am. A workman got it turned off. This repeated 3 times waking us from sleep. We were offered another room. We refused. As it would be quite a job moving everything to another floor. We wanted to get back tp sleep. Thanks

The room was nicely appointed. The bathroom sink counter was a bit sticky in places. Other than that it was a good room for the price.

We only stayed one night, but everything was clean, and in order.

Room was very nice, good size, clean and modern.

AC In the room didn’t work. Called front desk..no response. Travel baseball team and parents took up all common areas/amenities and were loud. Pretty miserable experience.

Overall a nice hotel but very disappointed that I paid ahead of time for breakfast that should have been free. On the website it said there was a restaurant and breakfast was $10 per person. It was a self service breakfast with the basics and very poor quality. Nobody even asked for the ticket we were given when we checked in. I would say it was overpriced and lacked amenities.

Staff is accommodating, rooms are clean and efficient. More than enough for a quick stay we felt comfortable and settled a few days we were there. Also, breakfast is excellent.

Breakfast and staff AC didn’t work, all doors in hallway were loud, and the hotel phone rang at 5:14 am for no reason.

Very Good

This happens way too often at these hotels, especially Holiday Inn. A teenager has a birthday party where their each of friends and parents get a room and they then take over the hotel. RUNNING EVERYWHERE often with SCREAMING: from the pool to the room, from the room to the pool, to and from someone else's room. The parents gather somewhere together and drunk completely ignoring their brat teenaged daughters. The staff does nothing. Other guests, including those with small children, are left to deal with these hillbilly clowns on their own. These teenagers and their parents should be kicked out and possibly arrested. But no the stooges at Holiday Inn Mishawka don't do a darn thing.

We were there for a basketball tournament and location is 5 mins from the facilty. Below avg breakfast but clean facility and rooms with friendly staff.

Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. Bathroom was a little dated. No extra blankets in the closet which I miss when not in the room. Over all, a clean room and polite staff. Didn’t do breakfast, was pricey.

Clean room. A little out of the way (not really walking distance to much) but quiet and staff worked hard.
