Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Moline Airport

Our trip was very brief. We requested joining rooms but unfortunately didn't get them. Other than that our stay was nice!

Breakfast was a joke

The room and bathroom were comfortable and nice. Breakfast was also decent, not exceptional. Cleanliness was good, although there was a smear in the tub. I would think about staying there again if we are in the area. There was only one kleenex in the container, which was a problem. Also, we had a double charge for the room, although that disappeared after a couple of days.

Paid over 300 and expected much more for one night! The hallways were dark and dingy, worn, dirty carpet. Room was a tad better. Will never stay here again.

Close to the airport, clean,...

One very strong dislike. Had late flights out of airport, 5PM Week before ask for 2 pm check out no problem and said i was doing the same the next week but wanted a 3pm checkout. Was told no problem, but when I checked in that night was told there was now a extra fee for the late check out………….When the managers word is not good it leaves a lot to be desired. There was no misunderstandings. He said it was necessary as I had already had a late check out the week before with no charge……………….A man’s word means something even today. Beware.

Very dirty carpet in room. Room was very small

The hotel could use some improvement and maintenance and cleanliness. Bathroom still had hair and mess from past occupants. Carpet had stains and could use a good cleaning. Beds seemed okay. What was very upsetting is after my stay I was charged a $33.90 fee to my credit card. I called to see what this is for and they said it was for allowing outside guests to use the pool. Apparently, it was in the terms I signed before checking in but no one ever said anything to me or my family during our stay. My family visited for maybe two hours and swam while no other guests were in the pool. The manager offered to refund me the fee but would then file a civil case against me. I think this is poor customer service, and I will not stay at this property again.

Front room tv didn’t work. I needed to go to the front desk every day for a new key because they never worked. The food buffet had old food and very limited options.

The front desk person was friendly. It was very outdated, with stains everywhere. Very dirty. Didn’t feel safe. We checked in let our kids swim and left because we were so uncomfortable.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The internet was weak and unusable. The breakfast was average. There were young (7-9 years old) running up and down the hallways late at night and shouting to one another. Beds were extremely comfortable, but the sleeper sofa was absolutely terrible! It disturbs me that it can still be considered a bed. It should have been replaced 15 years ago. The layout of the room was perfect for two parents and their adult child.
