Moline Bell Hotel

Shower had hair everywhere. Trash on floor. Dusty on tables. Toilet barely flushed. Was only allowed to have one pillow. Staff acted like I was an annoyances not a customer.

The Property was Disgusting the Staff was Rude Including the Lady who was Checking in Customers and was Swearing at other Customers. The Service was Horrible the TVs also did not work and the Staff refused to help

Was eaten alive by roaches and was told they wouldn't do anything about paying back or anything

Dirty than my dog pan had bedbugs sheets were dirty had food and blood on them. Asked for clean sheets she went to look for some said she couldn’t find any. She gave me a towel instead super nice lady, but I had bedbugs bugs. I killed three roaches and I finally called Expedia and moved. Do not stay unless if you already have bedbugs and lice. No hot water. The heater didn’t work and the floors were so sticky. I couldn’t walk on them bugs everywhere bugs bugs bugs filthiest place I’ve ever been and I stay in cheap hotels, but this was worse than cheap. Oh to top it off they have mice!

If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door

Very dilapidated condition of the property.

The hotel is in bad condition, the rooms smell bad and the beds have cigarette burns, plus one of the rooms didn't have electricity. Not recommended at all. In the end, we decided to look for another place to stay because the hotel was awful

Phone number listed on website goes to Florida location and only answered once Not hot water No front desk staff. No outside doors lock after 10pm No front desk staff to check out

The room was dirty, hadn't been vacumned, the microwaves were filthy downstairs there's no microwave or mini fridge in rm for 60$ rate, one towel n pillow for 3 days per 2 ppl n no cleaning svc filthy bedding

The room wasn't clean the bathroom door was broken and they wouldn't allow visitors unless they check in at the front desk and also no TV remote or towels for the shower and no bedside desk so basically the room was a total mess and left it that way when I check out
