Our room was clean and supplied with everything we needed. We loved the free coffee availability in the lobby each morning to get the day started. The quick complimentary shuttle to Charleston is the way to travel compared to the water taxi charging $15 per person. The driver provided us with a descriptive history lesson of Charleston on the short 15 minute trip. Overall, we had a great stay at the Ocean Club Resort.

Beautiful rooms and property. Clean and comfortable. Only issue with the room was that the water pressure in the bathroom sinks was so low flow was just above a trickle. Also the work out area had no fans or ventilation. Made for uncomfortable exercise and an overwhelming musty order in the hallway leading to that area.

location, shuttle service to downtown Charlston. Not impressed with the restaurants. TV in room had a lot of static and buffering. Felt that for room price bed linens should be changed each night not every 3rd night.

Overall a great experience. Only one ding - an overpriced breakfast buffet. Charged $25 a person for a buffet that was no better quality than the free breakfast buffet at a Holiday Inn Express.

The property is good, the pool side bar food is pretty good, but limited menu on weekdays. There are a few tile pieces missing that need to be replaced on the side of the pool. We love the fire pit and drinks in evenings. The room was clean for the most part. Overall a nice experience, we've stayed here for many years and continue to visit.

The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. We enjoyed this stay.

Room was lovely with a balcony, though if possible ask for one that's not on the first floor, where what you see is the pool. The Harbor view from upper floors is beautiful. Daily resort fee covers the usual, but they also provide a free shuttle into town which was so worth it and ice cream treats daily.

We stayed on the beach club side which was wonderful. Room was great. Very clean room and hotel. Wonderful view. The disappoinment was the only breakfast option was buffet and was $25 a person. Dinner, the food and drink all great however they are under staffed therefore slow service. The people working there really had to hustle. It did have an outside bar and pool side service, though a very limited menu during the week. The people working there were exceptional I have to say.

Beautiful room, spacious, great pools and hot tub, only downside was the fish house on the property was closed for renovation and the upstairs bar was ill equipped with limited staff, though the 2 staff members working were friendly and worked well under the pressure of many guests.
