Second time we’ve stayed there. Very convenient to the northwest suburbs tucked into a quiet corner with easy accessibility to the front door and lobby.

I didn’t get the room i payed for , the receptionist did not want to give it to me even though I showed him the email where it showed what I paid for . Paid for a King suite with Jacuzzi and got a double bed.

Our room did have a stained foot mat and we found a live bug but we don't think it was a bed bug. But besides that, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying. The staff was prompt, caring and helpful.

No pool available. During tornado warning staff did not offer any directives or suggestions on safe areas to be.
