Dirty rooms and broken furniture. Free breakfast including white bread , bagels , and cereal. If you wanted to take it outside to eat there was a $20 dollar fee .

Went down for breakfast and came back to the room and the key cards stopped working. Went down to the desk to get the key cards reactivated and the one person on staff that was working was cleaning the pool. Had to wait like 10 minutes

Not bad, what I expected for the price.

Staff - The man who checked me in was cordial and responsive. The woman who took care of the breakfast bar was cordial and helped with a smile. At check out the young woman was rude, refused to identify herself and refused to give a receipt. She was rude to several of the clients in our group checking out on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

Stay was overall okay, however, if you live within a 60 mile radius they try to charge you an extra $100 for your stay. The breakfast selection was also select cards. No bacon, eggs, sausage, anything. The main thing that got to me though was the extra $100 up front. If I wanted to spend $335 on a hotel room for a weekend I would've booked a MUCH nicer hotel.

Needs to be maintained better. No elevator - so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs after a long travel day. Good price, but wouldn’t stay again

AC didn't work properly. TV remote didn't work properl. Free breakfast was all empty carbs, juice, and coffee. No protein and no fruit. Would not stay here again, and very disappointed that hotels.com is even offering this property on its site.

Very clean, comfortable rooms.

It was a horrible stay they scammed me out of my money and the appliances didn't even work... TV remote didn't work ... sink was messed up .... microwave didn't work ..... stove top didn't work .... and on top of that they took $50 from me!! Most terrible experience in my life i would not recommend to anyone that was supposed to be a great time for my wife's birthday celebration instead they made it hell , they get a 5 star for that ...And i got the protection plan and most of the things in our room didn't work!

This experience was bad. The property has been remodeled, but the rooms smell musky and like mildew. Will never stay at this property again. Stay away if you are even considering this place for a stay.

Yes pets can stay but the price is outrageous for the 9 days we stayed. We should have rented an Airbnb for that price. Breakfast was ok , weak coffee, no fruit. You cannot take the food to your room or out of the area.

Location

Carpet seemed sticky, bathroom door would not close, sink on left side would not drain, ac was very noisy. But bed was comfortable and shower okay. Otherwise things were clean. Only stayed one night. Check in clerk was very helpful but morning check out clerk was not interested in hearing about ac noise so did not mention other issues.

Nothing . Homeless people living all around the hotel I paid Booking .com for the room and you paid them . Then they took my credit card and charged me again! Refused to credit me ! I called my credit card and disputed the charge! This whole experience is a nightmare

The front desk person was really nice The tv remote did not work. Just too much noises even tho requested a more quiet room since I’m a light sleeper. Not that clean. Breakfast was not that great.

Nothing really. It was clean and comfortable. We are only visiting for one night . But will book again when back in the area
