Quiet rooms

This was our first time staying here and we will be back. Loved the Tiki bar and property was beautiful. Great room overlooking water and our room was so clean.

My only concern was related to the rooms I got for 4 people was fine but the bedrooms were really small. The vedroom size are full so it is nothing comfortable to sleep 4.

It is an older property, so less electric plugs compared to more modern construction per room.

A gem of a hotel. Good value and location. I will definitely return when I re-visit Naples. Close to the departure end of the airport but it didn't really bother us.

Location and room size and cleanliness the A/C wall unit is loud (and really old). and why can’t you pay at the bar or breakfast restaurant by credit card ? Who carries cash ? And why is the hotel charging an additional 10% on top of those charges ? I understand that these are different establishments but it should be a service for the guests

I didn’t like being given a room with someone already staying in that room. I also didn’t like being treated disrespectfully by the person at the front desk.

The room was very nice and it overlooked the bay. The only issue was the bathroom. The shower was a little weird and there was hardly counter space. But the water was nice and hot and water pressure was great. It was also very convenient to the 2 restaurants next to the property. I didn't get a chance to do the Chickee Bar, but next time I will do that. Overall it is a nice convenient quiet place.
