Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Actually security in the parking lot. Free coffee station 24 hours a day (pretty good too). Hot breakfast was terrible. Woman working the breakfast room was horribly rude! Bed was super hard and the pillows were pancake flat! But great location and affordable. Overall 7/10.

This hotel had so many wonderful perks. The massage chair was great (especially after a long day in Nashville) and the omelet bar at breakfast was a cool touch.

A little hiccup in the check in process but they made the correction. Breakfast was good, bed and pillows comfortable! Shower was good. Bathroom needs a little more tlc, but otherwise good stay!

It is easy to get to. Just not as clean. Staff was okay. The young man who checked us out was very nice

Clean, convenient, and quiet.

Place sucks bad huge bugs in lobby. Room is filthy smells like mold bad. Breakfast was a joke.i begged to cancel when i got there they said no refunds per up a rope. A bunch of Indian owners just hanging in the lobby like it’s a Hooka bar.

I must say this property was one of the nicest places we stayed as we continue our road trip. And all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. From check-in where one person helped corral the luggage cart and get it to our room to the front desk staff (there were several) who answered all the questions we had.

The breakfast was decent. They have made to order omelet station and hot food options at the regular breakfast bar. The location is good as you are only 1 mile from Broadway downtown area. The rooms are nice, but a little dated. The shower had lower pressure than desired. Over all a good choice hotel if the Hotel is not your attraction. Would like the showers to have more pressure. Maybe some free water for the room. I like a more modern style shower, but understand this is not a 5 star location. Had to pay $20 for parking.

I really like the room and the location I had to pay twenty dollars for parking . It should be free that was ridiculous.I wouldn't stay there again because of that.

This is pretty basic hotel , there is nothing much to comment. I’d say of you are in passing good for one night.

Excelente ubicación cerca de la parada del trolley a 5 minutos caminando. Y el hotel super limpio. El desayuno es sabroso especialmente el omelet y no se olviden tomar el masaje en las masajeadoras en el lobby (es gratis )y buenísimas. Gracias sebastian por el recibimiento

Don’t pass by, the breakfast and massage chairs are worth the stay everyday.
