Comfort Inn & Suites Brentwood - Nashville

The reviews for this hotel were great, overall score of 8.2. I don't know why. The first room we were put in was pretty awful. The odor was as if it had not been inhabited, no fresh air, for weeks. The staff was generous and helpful. We went to the other end of the hallway and that room was better. We were on the first floor and our windows faced the pool. Not good. The overall condition of the hotel needs a major update; it needs to be cleaned, new rugs and freshen the place up. Location is ok, staff is ok, hotel is not ok for what you pay.

We booked last minute on a road trip. We were very surprised there was a room and that it was so comfortable and convenient for us. The price was reasonable too.

Room was very clean! Hallways and rest of the place not as clean. Still definitely worth the price.

Clean and quiet. Nice neighborhood. Being renovated. breakfast was a little.........lets just say I skipped the eggs and sausage. Everything else was standard.

My bed was comfortable and the room was very clean

The staff were very nice and thanks to Brandon for his assistance. Clean room, plenty of parking, very quiet and safe business area. Great breakfast.

Wish they had bacon and whole grain options It rained profusely and the back canopied entrance had a key pad that was not functioning.
