Pool was not opened all week. Waiting for repairs. 3rd floor ice machine was leaking all over the floor and the puddle remained on the floor all week with a caution sign. They could’ve at least put a drip bucket underneath until they were able to have it repaired or turn it off.

Nice hotel. Good location
-
Very clean. Great Breakfast. Staff was great
-
The room was clean, well maintained, and pleasing to the eyes. The ice machine room had a great view outside, a surprise. Both elevators worked, the bacon at breakfast was excellent. Pool not operating.

The hotel was room was nice but didn’t smell very good. The ac / fan was really loud. The staff was great and The coffee was good.
-
Breakfast was average. Room was comfy and roomy. Would have liked fresh towels daily. Would have liked to have coffee in the room replenished.
-
Shower wasn’t clean very well
-
Their pool appeared that it had not been touched all winter- dirty green water. Middle of June and pool was still closed. Close to several restaurants, easy access to I40. Friendly staff but they seem to be stretched thin and rarely at the front desk.
-
One of the best experiences. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel several times and haven’t had any issues. Not once

The Rooms are in need of updating.

Exceptional

This property is in poor shape. The pool was disgustingly. The carpet in rooms dirty, the bathroom was dated and needs to be painted and refreshed. The walls in the room were pretty dirty. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good each day. Also, the elevator inspection has been expired since last year.

This was a stay to break up our trip. Everything was fine. Our room was clean and the people at the desk were very pleasant and nice. It was promoted that there was a pool but when we arrived it was green and very dirty. Breakfast was just ok.
-
Water stains in ceiling of bathroom. Shower head fell off. Generally, stay at Hilton properties but I have found Hamptons not up to other Hilton brands. Had to stay there as Home to Suites was booked. One thing though Staff-- Incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast also very good. Kudos to the kitchen.

I actually didn’t spend the night there so the rooms held our suitcases but we’re never used. N/A
