Would definitely stay there again

This was one of my best hotel stays ever. Jay at the front desk was so helpful and friendly every time he was working. I had a small group of students and their parents with them and most of the front desk staff treated them as friends. The general manager was very sweet and handled my mobility scooter rental drop off and pick up with such kindness. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in Nashville. This hotel is very clean, and our room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was good and staff friendly. The outdoor pool was lovely, but I didn’t get a chance to use it. Will definitely choose this hotel again on future stays!

We got a double queen suite, with a fold out bed. The room was very spacious, for my family of five. Very clean, beds were comfortable, and the room smelled really good! A clean fresh scent. Staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Very personable and helpful with directions.

The room smelled musty and the AC was not cooling. Called the front desk and the attendant was helpful in operation of the thermostat but it would not stay where we set it so every time we left the room the thermostat would go back to a higher setting causing the room to be hot when we returned. The microwave door was stuck closed and would not open either.

The staff was amazing, Andrea, Jay, the guy who checked us out, the food staff, everybody went above and beyond. Very clean, easy accessibility to opry mills and the opry. Definitely would stay here again.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Pool was shut down, so could not use that. 2 days there never saw anyone working in the pool. Breakfast was enjoyable, both days there
