We had a lovely stay, the hotel was clean and conveniently located. Staff went above and beyond.

Location was nice. Close to Opry. Tiny bathroom, broken pool, poor breakfast, stayed 4 days,got towels 1 day and no cleaning or new bedding any days Had dogs barking next door 1 night. Front desk people seemed really no to care.

Location was great! They were always nice and greeted you when you walked through the door. Breakfast was simple and good! Parking on site was covered and convenient.

The property is walking distance to the The Mall at Greenhills which is very convenient.

We had a positive experience. The staff were very friendly, large room, breakfast every morning and the parking was convenient.

Great location, modern and clean rooms. Their food offerings were not available and staff seemed very overwhelmed and understaffed.

Super quiet location away from the hustle, comfy bed. All you need for a stay in Nashville.

Location is great, short drive to Green Hills mall and restaurants in the area. Can even walk to the mall or Bluebird Cafe. One quirk, which most people won't care about, is that all the stairways are exterior, so you can't take the stairs up and if you take them down you wind up outside the building. Service was friendly and made it easy to add my Hyatt membership which was not on the reservation. The exercise room had everything I needed and was not busy, even has a water fill station.

Great hotel. Breakfast was lacking, not food choice but service. But a great hotel in great area!

Clean and comfortable. Staff weren't very helpful. Breakfast wasn't great. A bit overpriced for what it was.

Room was decent, large and enough amenities for a cheap hotel. Don’t pay the $30 parking fee, plenty of on-street parking. Breakfast was horrible. Rubber scrambled eggs, awful potatoes, one of the worst “free” breakfasts I’ve ever experienced, don’t bother, coffee tolerable. There’s a McDonald’s a mile down the road that is almost as bad but at least the egg McMuffin is better and the coffee is decent. Our room on the third floor looked out on a barren landscape that had visible irrigation but no decent plants. Totally depressing, hated looking out the window. Kept the shade closed the entire time. Felt like I was in a tenement in a bad part of town. Will go back to Hilton around the corner next time.
