Quality Suites Nashville Airport

Staff was never at the front desk. Looked like they lived there and only checked the desk once in a while. The lobby was extremely worn, dingy and dirty. Pillows on the furniture were filthy and the furniture was extremely worn out. The room was ok, but outdated and dark. The pool was green with no pool furniture cushions as shown online The pool had a light that was out of the pool and smoking when we went outside to sit. The danger of live wires near the pool was dreadful. The pictures online DO NOT match what you walk into. The hotel has not been maintained or updated. Not our best choice in a long time.

There was stains all over the carpets. The remote for the TV was missing half the buttons. The couch was stained and had holes in it. The bed spread had stains.

Front desk at check in was slow and hard to understand. No one present for check out at 6am. Breakfast not available at 6am

The convience of this property was top notch., There was a restaurant so we didn’t have to leave the premises for supper. We also had shuttle to the airport which was a plus. The front desk clerk was friendly and very helpful in getting us checked in.

Nice property with Mexican restaurant & bar plus outdoor pool. Needs some general maintenance (hall carpet was dingy, Cobwebs on light fixtures, paint lightly peeling, glass needing cleaning, wasp nests near pool area). No big problems or issues. Food was good. Room was nice and had a great ac. Bathroom was large and well lite. Look at the picture on here of the outdoor pool area & take away all the cushions & umbrellas but keep the clean pool and clean pool area. Not much work and this place would be perfect! Restaurant stayed busy & food was wonderful & priced well. We LOVED guessing which airline would flyover on the way to land each time a place flew over but we did NOT hear them in the room! Slept great!

So the gentleman was amazing and helpful the staff was great!! Til my daughter woke up to bed bugs bites !! Proof of pictures as well the surface looked clean and ok but omg i am now disgusted and worried that they followed me!! 😔😔

Breakfast was bad Place needs upgrades seems old and dark

The place looked like it needs to be updated. There were lots of stains and the sheets were worn and torn. The bedroom we were in had a bed so close to the ac unit that we couldn’t walk around the bed and it was obviously not vacuumed on that side of the bed. Very dusty. The breakfast was good. It was ok enough for one night, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

This place is in need of some much needed TLC. Cosmetically it’s a mess. Peeling wallpaper, chipped paint, poor lighting, and parts of it in disrepair. The vents everywhere are filthy, full of dust. Our ceiling fan had a layer of dust at the edge of the blades. It just lacked a lot of routine maintenance.

It was very dirty

Room was still dirty. There were dirty towels stuffed in a corner. The pull out couch was covered in food. The sink leaked everywhere. The shower sprayed everywhere which soaked the floor. The carpet between beds was sticky with some substance that had stained it. There was trash all behind the tv. I wait a good 10 minutes to check in cause no staff was up there.

No complaints at all, stayed one night and it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good too.

I will start with a positive-the staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel property had a lot to be desired though. The parking lot was dirty-lots of trash. The furniture was old and fraying. We had to move the coffee pot and microwave to use them because where they were located, there was no outlet. The continental breakfast was very minimal so we chose to go out for breakfast. I did ask for more towels twice but never received them. We will not go back to this hotel.

Only stopped in for about five hour rest during a long road trip. The room was OK could’ve been cleaner. The bathtub was actually pretty dirty and didn’t drain so I was not able to take a shower. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was actually very helpful at check-in. They knew they’re expecting me late. We called ahead and let them know so they got us checked in quickly and up to our room which is really appreciated so we could get a few hours rest and back on the road overall it was a pretty good experience
