The towels were stained, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. When I went down for breakfast, the sign said it was served until 11:00 AM, but when I arrived at 10:20 AM, they told me it had to be taken to go. The gym was completely wet the day I went, and there were just too many disappointing details throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

Very friendly customer service person when we checked in. Asked to use the shuttle service; met them out front and got us where we needed to be.

We came in for just one night as we were on a roadtrip. The hotel was great for what we needed and it was close to go have some fun on Broadway street. When we checked in I did not get the most inviting feeling or experience, and that’s the only negative.

The hotel is a great way to be close to the airport for early morning flights. Very clean and friendly staff. It was VERY busy and noisy while trying to sleep. We could hear the man next door carrying on a conversation with someone at 2am.

Very conveniently located by the airport. Great swimming pool. I ordered room service and it was quick and food was delicious. Check-in process was quick and easy. Only bad thing I could say about this hotel is the parking was awful. Thank goodness it wasn’t raining because I had to park in the grass.
